Based on the results of work for the period of January to November 2007 the company has already realized the strategic plan of insurance payment collection.
In view of the company’s dynamic development, CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House management decided to raise a question of increasing the statutory fund and expanding branch network. The issue will be discussed during the general shareholders’ meeting that will be held on Nov 30 2007.
Today the company has branch offices in seventeen regional cities of Ukraine. According to its annual strategy plan CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House should cover the whole territory of Ukraine by the end of 2007.

The company was founded on Sept 25 2003. It specializes in risk insurance. It is licensed to carry out 15 types of insurance (11 licenses for voluntary insurance and 4 licenses for obligatory insurance). As of Sept 30 2007 the company’s statutory fund was UAH 20 million, insurance reserve was UAH 11,603,600 and the assets were UAH 36,833,900.
