Closed Joint Stock Company “Ukrainian Insurance House” is the assignee of CJSC Insurance Company “UkrProfPolis” founded on September 25, 2003 (License No. 107012000000000435 of September 25, 2003, License No. 10701050001000435 of August 6, 2004). CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House entered into the Register of Financial Institutions on August 21, 2004 (License No. 21 of August 21, 2004).

Ukrainian Insurance House is an initiator of establishing first and the only one in Ukraine non-profit organization “Ukrainian Road Safety Association”.

The company is licensed to conduct 11 types of voluntary and 5 types of obligatory insurance operations.

Statutory fund of CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House is 50 million UAH (License No 30/1/07 of December 23, 2007).

Number of company workers as of April 30, 2008: 208 staff members.

Head office of CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House is based in the city of Kyiv.
