Attendees were branch top managers from the cities of Vinnitsa, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kyiv, Lugansk, Odessa, Kharkiv, and Chernigiv. A development plan for year 2006 was presented at the meeting. The plan includes a marketing strategy, personnel development program, and a sales plan for each insurance type and each region.

A round-table discussion was held, addressing issues and problems some the branch offices were facing. Damage settlement and payout procedure issues were addressed as well.
