This issue was the key subject of the Professional Sales master class carried out for the Ukrainian Insurance House JSC by experts of a Ukrainian leading consulting company on March 11-12, 2006.
The master classes are part of the training system program that has been undertaken for the employees of the Ukrainian Insurance House JSC on a monthly basis during last two years.
Knowledge of the insurance product and knack of selling it correctly as well as attracting new clients given the tough competition are the major tasks raised by the management in the face of every employee. Therefore all staff members of the central office, directors and leading experts of the Ukrainian Insurance House JSC nine branch offices were invited to take part in the master class.
Mikhail Berlin, Ukrainian Insurance House JSC Chairman of the Board, stated that the personnel is the major strategic value for the company. Therefore, given the dynamic development of the insurance market, training the Ukrainian Insurance House JSC staff members is considered to be of utmost importance.
