On June 16 all CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House workers were certified. This was the second certification stage carried out as part of the company personnel training system program.

During two hours the employees had to answer 45 theoretical and practical test questions prepared by the KyivNationalEconomicUniversity trainers. Every person had to calculate reserves, establish personal amount of company retention during the reinsurance and calculate the liability amount per insurance agreement.

Mr. Michael Berlin, the CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House Chairman of the Board, was satisfied with the certification results. He said that this kind of testing gave an opportunity to find the week and strong sides of every employee.

The pre-testing period lasted two months. During this period the company staff members attended Insurance Business lectures presented by the KyivNationalEconomicUniversity teachers and Ukrainian Insurance House JSC department managers. The issues raised during the lectures covered general insurance, re-insurance, legal and economic matters.
