On December 21, 2005, CJSC Ukrainian Insurance house increased the company’s statutory fund by 1 million UAH. Now the company’s statutory fund is 8 million UAH. The resources for the increase were drawn from dividend reinvestment.

The decision to increase the statutory fund was made at the meeting of the Ukrainian Insurance House shareholders, which took place on May 31, 2005.

This is the first step to the further increase of the company’s authorized capital stock. Further increase is planned for the year 2006.
