The CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House shareholders meeting took place on June 8, 2006. It passed the decision to increase the statutory fund in 7 million UAH utilizing the shareholders contributions.

At the current moment the statutory capital of the CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House makes 8 million UAH. After the share issue registration the amount of the statutory fund will be 15 million UAH.

Mr. Michael Berlin, the CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House Chairman of the Board, stated that this figure is supposed to be increased in future.

The shareholders meeting also passed a decision to open the company branch offices in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

Infomation. CJSC Ukrainian Insurance House was founded on September 25, 2003. It undertakes 11 types of voluntary insurance. The statutory capital makes 8 million UAH. The company has nine branch-offices in nine oblast centers of Ukraine (Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lugansk, Odessa, Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Kyiv).
