This type of insurance covers tenant’s liability related to preservation of integrity and quality of the rented object.
The insurance company covers all costs borne by the insured person, who as the person renting the property must indemnify such costs to the leaser for the damages inflicted to the rented property on agreed property.
The insurance covers liability of the following persons:
- Economic entity renting the property for business purposes;
- Private person renting the property.
Insured accidents are: liability of the insured person related to indemnification for losses inflicted by destruction or physical damage to the rented property as a result of unexpected or unintentional event (fire, explosion, leakage of water, sewage or gas pipes related either to negligence or to an accident, etc.).
