This type of insurance is intended for cases of employer liability related to damages inflicted to life, health or property of his or her employers in the course of their duty under the labor contracts.

Under the insurance contract, the insurance company will indemnify the insured employer for the costs he will have to bear, under the applicable law, to compensate the employers in the course of their duty for damages inflicted to their life, health and/or property.

Information:Employer liability relating to damages inflicted to life, health and/or private property of the employees must be determined according to the Civil Code of Ukraine, and "Regulations for entity, institution, or organization owner’s indemnification for damages inflicted to employee’s health within the employee's scope of employment”, adopted by the resolution No. 472 of the Ministry of Ukraine, and other legal acts.
