This type of insurance covers parking lot/garage owner liability related to physical damage or destruction and/or theft of a vehicle in possession of third parties, while it is on the premises of the insured person.

The insurance company will cover costs that the insured person will have to pay as a compensation for damaging the vehicle for storage of which he or she is responsible, if such damage was caused on premises of the guarded parking lot/garage belonging to the insured person.

Insured person liability related to damaging the vehicles belonging to third parties must be determined according to the Civil Code of Ukraine, and the “Consumer Protection Act" and/or other Ukrainian laws currently at force.
