Insurance covers damages inflicted to life, health and/or property of third parties during periods of having in possession, use, or managing of the insured person’s property, and/or conducting economical activities therein.
The insurance company will pay out the insurance money to compensate for the damages inflicted to third parties or their property as a result of unexpected event, which occurred due to unintentional actions in the process of conducting economic activities by the insured person on his/her business premises.
The insurance contract can provide for coverage of liability of the economic entity arising from damages that can be inflicted to third parties by employees of the insured person in their course of duty, outside of their business premises.
