Insurance covers liability of apartment house lodgers (private persons) that is related to damages inflicted to third parties as a result of any actions or lack thereof during the period of ownership, use and managing of the property located on the insured person's premises.

The insurance covers liability of the following persons:

• private persons having in possession or renting a house, apartment or parts thereof and/or movable property;
• immediate family of the private person (husband/wife, children, parents, grandchildren, siblings, others), who have lived with the insured person for a long period of time and kept house together;
• hired workers who have certain duties on the insured person’s premises (e.g. housemaid, gardener, etc.).
